A Volunteer’s Perspective

Sara  is a psychology student at a university in the city who has a HUGE passion for working with at-risk children. She began volunteering with us earlier this semester and she has fallen in love with Project M:25!

“I really like the way that the children interact with God through songs and dance. They inspire me to dance too! Everything is very organized and there is genuine concern  for children and their families. I have become attached to the children and now consider many of them my friends.”

As a Christian, Sara loves using her psychological training to provide special care to our children. She has identified some of our most vulnerable kids, such as those living in abusive situations, and is helping them successfully overcome their trauma.

We thank God each day for those like Sara who generously give whatever time, talents and treasures that they have to partner with Project M:25 and help healing occur at our campus and in our community!
