Bringing Joy to Children in Need: Natalia’s Experience with Project M:25
Natalia is a 20-year-old indigenous student from Ecuador who is passionate about serving her community. She attends SEMISUD, a Bible school near Quito, Ecuador. Despite a background of being raised in a Christian home, Natalia faced some dark and difficult times due to family decisions. But at thirteen, she decided to return to God and found Him waiting with His healing, restoring love. She received a clear calling: to serve others by helping them see God’s mighty hand of provision. Despite her family’s many moves, her calling remained firm. Recently Natalia was admitted to the Church of God Seminary in Quito, Ecuador. Even though this country girl had never been exposed to the big city life before, she was confident in her plans and calling from God.
Last year, she had the opportunity to serve with Project M:25, a ministry in Quito Ecuador, that for 10 years, has brought joy and hope to children in need by showing God’s love, protection, and care for them and their families.
Natalia, who grew up in a small rural community, was amazed by the impact Project M:25 had on the hundreds of children they served in similar conditions to the ones she grew up with. She saw God’s love in action as the team distributed gifts and hosted activities that brought smiles to the faces of those in need. The experience was life-changing for Natalia, who felt a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment in her calling to serve.
After 10 years of faithfully serving others and showing God’s love. Thanks to your partnership, Project M:25 brings joy and hope to children in need. Natalia was impressed to see how children connect God’s love for them through holistic care, that is, when their physical and spiritual needs are met. From providing clean water, to hosting a fun-filled Christmas celebration for several communities in Ecuador, reaching hundreds of kids in Ecuador, Natalia is completely certain that God takes care of every aspect of our lives.
Project M:25 fosters spiritual growth and learning on both the community and staff. Natalia has learned about the power of love and compassion and has seen firsthand the positive impact they have on the lives of others. Through her experience with Project M:25, Natalia is now inspired to continue on her path of serving others and using her gifts and talents to make a difference in the world. She’s now planning to continue with her education and someday become a medical doctor; so she can provide physical and spiritual care to those in need.
Natalia’s experience with Project M:25 is a tangible example of the power of service and love. It is amazing to see the next generation looking to make an impact on their communities and Project M:25 is proud to be a part of their journey, and train thousands of ministers across Latin America on the importance of showing God’s love.
