National Child Health Day

Since today is National Child Health Day, I thought it was the perfect time to update you on our Give Water project. Give Water provides in-home filtration systems so that families can have safe water for drinking and cooking. Can you believe that the 2nd leading cause of illness in our community in Ecuador results from unclean drinking water?! Whenever a family receives a filtration system, we begin to see an immediate improvement in the health of the children and other family members. Clean water changes everything!

Every child deserves clean water!

Recently, our team traveled around Ecuador, launching a new phase of the project. This project has given filtration systems to 300 pastoral families throughout the country. These are couples who sacrifice greatly in order to minister to their communities. They were shocked and many brought to tears by the simple act of someone sacrificing for them. Thank you to everyone of you who made this possible. Their families will now have clean water for life and be healthier and stronger. Enjoy this video recap of the trip:

More families need you to Give Water so that their lives may be transformed by the gift of clean water and the living water of Jesus. Right now, we have an additional 50 families waiting to receive filters. Can you help these families receive this gift? Learn more at projectm25.org/givewater

Blessings,

Tamitha and Bobby
